Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
You can use OddsRoute without an account and without giving us any personal information. We don't ask for your name, email, or phone number, and we don't sell your data.
This Privacy Policy explains what OddsRoute (odds-route.com, the "Service") collects, why, and what you can do about it. We've written it to match what the Service actually does today. If our practices change, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
1What we collect
Using OddsRoute does not require any personal information — no name, no email, no phone number, no payment details (you never pay a book through us). What exists is limited to:
- An anonymous device id. Your browser generates a random identifier the first time you visit and stores it locally (see cookies & storage below). It isn't tied to your real-world identity; it just lets the Service remember the bets you chose to track on this device between visits.
- Comparison data. The bets you build and the odds we compare — teams, markets, prices, and which book or market pays the most. This is betting data, not personal data.
- Standard technical logs. Like any website, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes basic request information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use this for security and reliability, not to build a profile of you.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
2How we use it
- To run the core product — compare payouts for your bet and route you to the book or market that pays the most.
- To remember the bets you chose to track, on your device.
- To improve the Service and to build aggregate, non-personal statistics — the "evidence graph" (for example, how often a prediction market beats a sportsbook, or how big the typical price gap is). These aggregates contain no personal information and don't identify you.
- To keep the Service secure and working.
3Cookies & local storage
OddsRoute uses a small amount of browser storage to function — not for advertising:
- Local storage holds your anonymous device id and the bets you chose to track. This stays in your browser on your device.
- Functional cookies. When needed, we set a signed, secure, HttpOnly session cookie that ties your anonymous id to your requests so your tracked bets show up as yours. It is not an advertising or cross-site tracking cookie.
- Analytics. We may use a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that measures aggregate traffic without cookies, without cross-site tracking, and without collecting personal data.
You can clear this storage at any time from your browser settings, or by clearing your tracked bets in the app. Clearing it removes your anonymous id and tracked bets from that device.
4We don't sell your personal data
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may share limited data with the infrastructure providers that run the Service on our behalf (for example, our hosting and edge provider, Cloudflare), and where required by law.
5Third-party links
OddsRoute links out to independent sportsbooks and prediction markets (such as Kalshi and Polymarket). Once you follow one of those links, you're on their site, under their privacy policy — not ours. Some of these are affiliate or referral links (see our Terms). We're not responsible for how third parties collect or use your information; review their policies before you sign up or bet.
6Your choices & rights
Because we don't require or collect personal information to use the Service, there usually isn't a personal profile to access or delete. Even so:
- You can clear your anonymous id and tracked bets any time via your browser or the app, as described above.
- You can request access to, or deletion of, any information associated with your use of the Service by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as under the CCPA or GDPR); tell us and we'll honor applicable requests.
To make a request, contact contact@odds-route.com.
7Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
