Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OddsRoute (the "Service"), available at odds-route.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1What OddsRoute is

OddsRoute is a bet-comparison and routing tool. You build the bet you were already going to place, and OddsRoute shows you what different sportsbooks and prediction markets (such as Kalshi and Polymarket) would pay for that same bet, side by side, then links you out to the one that pays the most.

OddsRoute is not a sportsbook, casino, bookmaker, broker, or money transmitter. Specifically:

• OddsRoute never places, accepts, or takes a bet, and never acts as a counterparty to any wager.
• OddsRoute never holds, escrows, or transfers your funds. All money stays between you and the third-party book or prediction market where you place your bet.
• You place every bet yourself, in your own account, on the third party's own platform, subject to that platform's terms.

2Eligibility & your responsibility

• You must be 21 years of age or older, or the minimum legal age for real-money betting in your jurisdiction if that age is higher.
• You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you. Online sports betting and prediction-market trading are legal only in certain jurisdictions and are restricted or prohibited in others.
• The Service is not available where prohibited by law. Do not use it, or route to any book or market through it, where doing so would be unlawful for you.
• You are responsible for the legality of your own betting activity in your location. OddsRoute does not verify your age, identity, or location, and makes no representation that any bet is lawful for you.

3Odds and information are not guaranteed

Everything OddsRoute shows is informational only. Odds, prices, payouts, availability, and coverage move constantly and can be stale, delayed, or wrong by the time you act on them.

• We do not guarantee that any odds, payout, or comparison is accurate, current, complete, or available at the third-party book.
• The only binding number is the one the sportsbook or prediction market shows you at the moment you actually place your bet. Always confirm the price there.
• Nothing on OddsRoute is a prediction, guarantee, or promise of any outcome, profit, or "sure thing." Betting involves risk of loss.

4Affiliate & referral relationships

OddsRoute makes money in part through affiliate and referral relationships. When we route you to a sportsbook or prediction market, some of those links are referral links, and OddsRoute may earn a commission or a signup bonus if you register or place a bet through them — at no additional cost to you.

This does not change the comparison you see: OddsRoute surfaces the best available payout regardless of whether we have a partnership with that book, and ranks results by price, not by commission. OddsRoute never takes a cut of your wager or your winnings.

5Third-party books and prediction markets

Sportsbooks and prediction markets linked from OddsRoute are independent third parties. Your relationship with them — your account, deposits, bets, payouts, KYC, and disputes — is governed entirely by their terms and privacy policies, not ours. OddsRoute does not control them and is not responsible for their odds, availability, conduct, or handling of your money or data.

6Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping or overloading it, interfering with its operation or security, reverse-engineering it, reselling its data, or using it to break the law or any third party's terms.

7No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any odds or comparison is correct.

8Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddsRoute and the people behind it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost bets, lost winnings, lost profits, lost data, or gambling losses of any kind, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your reliance on any odds, price, or comparison it shows — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You use the Service, and place every bet, at your own risk.

9Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
